If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase you can return your order within 14 days. Please include a covering letter outlining your reasons for the return.

All our items are checked to make sure they are in perfect condition before being dispatched to you. If however you are dissatisfied with your purchase you can return your order within 14 days for an exchange or credit note. Please make sure purchases are in original packaging with tags and accessories. .

We will only refund your total costs if the items have been damaged in transit or a mistake on our part.
